Yong Ki Kwan is a Korean-American engineer from Northern Virginia who was a convert to Islam. He left the U.S. shortly after the 9/11/01 attacks and in 2005 pled guilty on weapons and conspiracy charges. He is serving an eleven-year sentence. He was a witness for the prosecution in the trial of Ali al-Timini.
