Yonsei University (연세대학교), is regarded to be one of the top 3 universities in Korea, the other universities consisting of Seoul National University and Korea University. Centrally located in Seoul, Yonsei's Korean Language Institute is also often regarded by foreigners as being the best place to study the language. The school colors are blue and white and the mascot is the eagle. Each spring Yonsei celebrates the Akaraka festival in its outdoor amphitheater, inviting celebrities and musicians to perform. Sometimes students from the rival Korea University will attend in which case it is tradition to chant "고대 바보" ("Korea University is stupid").
