Yudang Park

Yudang Park is a park and traditional Korean garden in Gwangyang city, Jeollanam-do. It is notable for having a number of old trees, including Natural Monument No. 235, a 400-year-old fringe tree. It is reported that the trees were originally planted to hide a fortress from the view of invaders in Gwangyang Bay [1].
