Gongjubyeong (공주병, 公主病, pronounced 공주뼝) literally means "princess disease" and refers to a girl that is conceited or can't help but think of herself as being prettier than everyone else. It is not a swear and may be used with friends. The male version is wangjabyeong - 왕자병 (王子病), or "prince disease".

Women affliceted with 공주병 expect always to be treated like royalty, never to do any work around the house or the cooking, to be doted on by their boyfriend, and not to have to do any work to achieve anything in life. For the most part, they are aware that when they're not pretty anymore this attitude will backfire on them, but they're enjoying life too much for the moment to want to change.

Signs a woman may have 공주병 include a well-thumbed copy of "The Princess Diaraies" and an addiction to "Sex and the City."
