Dogye-eup (도계읍) (道溪邑) is an eup in Samcheok-shi, Gangwon-do. It consists of seventeen villages or ri (里). To its west lies Taebaek-shi. On the north is found Sangi-myeon. The eastern boundary is shared with Nogok-myeon. To the southeast is Gagok-myeon.

Trains on the Yeongdong Line run through this area. Damage from a typhoon closed the line in this area for months in 2002 and 2003.

Dongye-eup was once a major coal-mining area of Korea.
