In western Daegu along Line 2 of the Daegu subway, there are numerous areas that are good areas for shopping, dining, and nightlife, however, the most notable is the area of Seongseo around the east gate of Keimyung University, as well as the main gate area.

You can reach this area by taking the subway to Keimyung University Station and heading north for a few blocks from Exit 6.
