Sinbuk-eup

Shinbuk-eup (신북읍) is an eup (large village) in the city of Chuncheon in Gangwon-do. It consists of seven villages or ri (里). On its west side it abuts the Bukhan River and Seo-myeon. To the north is found Sabuk-myeon. On the east is Buksan-myeon and Hwacheon-gun's Gandong-myeon. On the south is the Soyang River and the dongs of Chuncheon.

The eup office is located in Yulmul village, where there is a five-day market on days ending in 4 and 9.
