Yongsan Family Park (용산가족공원) is a medium-sized park in the Yongsan district of Seoul. The size and varied terrain make it great for group sports, family picnics, and walks.
Little Known Fact: The park was formerly part of the Yongsan Post Golf Course. During the 1980s, several developers organized protests with the intent of getting the land turned over to them. The U.S. military reluctantly gave the land with the caveat that it not be turned over to the developers. The Korean government kept its word for almost 10 years.
